SYM Malaysia unveils new colours for Husky 150 SE, priced at RM10,598

In conjunction with the new year, SYM Malaysia has announced four new colours for the SYM Husky 150 SE scooter.

The new colours include Indigo Blue, White, Matt Grey, and Glossy Green.

The scooter is available at all authorized Mforce dealers throughout Malaysia for a price of RM10,598 (excluding road tax and insurance).

The SYM Husky 150 SE is powered by a single-cylinder, 150 cc liquid-cooled engine that produces 14.5 hp at 8,000 rpm and a torque of 14.5 Nm at 6,000 rpm, paired with a CVT transmission.

Key features of the Husky 150 SE include:

  • Front telescopic forks and a single rear shock absorber

2025 Keeway XDV180 Evo officially launched in Malaysia – priced from RM9,388

A new adventure scooter model, the 2025 Keeway XDV180 Evo has officially entered the Malaysian market.

The scooter was launched in conjunction with the opening of Mforce Smartshop Wee Biker Sdn Bhd.

In terms of power, the XDV180 Evo is equipped with a liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine of 174 cc, producing 18.2 hp at 8,500 rpm and a torque of 17.2 Nm at 6,500 rpm.

This power is transmitted to the rear wheel through an automatic CVT gearbox and a belt final drive.

The suspension of this scooter consists of an inverted front fork accompanied by dual rear shock absorbers.

Additionally, it features front and rear disc brake systems, assisted by a two-channel ABS and traction control system (TCS) that can be disabled.

Other features include 14-inch front and 13-inch rear wheels, a 10-liter fuel tank, an adjustable manual windscreen, and a rear rack capable of holding a 45-liter storage box.

There is also a seven-inch TFT display, a USB charging slot, and a front recording camera complete with 32GB of storage.

The selling price starts at RM9,388, excluding road tax and insurance, and comes with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty or a mileage limit of 20,000 km (whichever comes first).

It is available in grey, black, or white color options.

2025 Moda Shifter 400X officially launched in Malaysia – prices starting from RM23,888

MDua Motor Sdn Bhd recently launched the Moda Shifter 400X adventure scooter, designed for users of all backgrounds.

It is powered by a single-cylinder, SOHC 333 cc liquid-cooled engine equipped with a fuel injection system, capable of producing 26.8 hp at 7,500 rpm and a torque of 33.5 Nm at 5,500 rpm.

The suspension system of the Shifter 400X consists of telescopic forks at the front and twin gas shock absorbers at the rear.

Braking is handled by a single 276 mm rotor at the front wheel and a single 240 mm rotor at the rear, enhanced with ABS and Traction Control System (TCS).

Notable features include an adjustable windscreen, adaptive headlights, emergency stop lights, a smart keyless system, as well as a USB charging slot and a 12V power socket available in the front storage compartment.

Under the 775 mm seat, there is ample storage space to accommodate two helmets.

All information can be displayed on a 7-inch color TFT screen, which can also connect to smart devices via the Ride App.

Lastly, the Shifter 400X comes equipped with front and rear dash cameras.

For the local market, the 2025 Moda Shifter 400X is available in Ninja Black and Ultra White color options. The selling price starts from RM23,888, excluding taxes, registration, and insurance.

SYM ADXTG 400 officially launched in Malaysia – priced at RM29,888

Another scooter has been launched by MForce Bike Holdings: the adventure scooter SYM ADXTG 400 2025.

According to SYM, the aggressive appearance and design of this scooter is heavily inspired by prehistoric tigers, particularly evident in the sharp front and rear lights.

The ADXTG 400 is powered by a liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine of 399 cc, delivering 35 hp at 7,000 rpm and a torque of 37 Nm at 5,500 rpm.

The Hyper-VVS technology contributes to a more economical fuel consumption level while providing exhilarating performance.

A unique feature of the ADXTG 400 scooter is the use of dual balancing shafts to reduce vibration, an inverted front fork, and a multi-link setup for the rear wheel.

Additionally, the rear wheel is driven by a chain system, rather than a belt like most scooters on the market.

It offers an off-road riding mode, an ABS braking system, and traction control to ensure safety on the road.

Other available features include a smart key system, a color LCD display, fast USB 3.0 charging, a 32-liter under-seat storage compartment, an adjustable manual windscreen, a seat height of 790 mm, and complete handlebar and engine protection.

MForce has announced that the SYM ADXTG 400 2025 will be priced at RM29,888 on the road, excluding insurance.

 

2025 Honda ADV160 with three new colours, price starting from RM13,249

Boon Siew Honda has announced the availability of new colours for fans of the Honda ADV160 2025 adventure scooter.

The standard version, priced at RM13,249, now offers two new colours: matte black and red, in addition to the existing white option.

Meanwhile, the special edition is priced at RM13,549 and features a popular gray colour alongside the available matte green.

There are no changes in specifications, as the Honda ADV160 retains its single-cylinder Enhanced Smart Power Plus (eSP+) 157 cc engine, producing 15.8 hp and 14.7 Nm of torque.

Notable features include full LED lighting, an Idling Stop System (ISS), a 30-liter storage compartment, an LCD meter display, an adjustable windscreen, and a smart key system.

The Honda ADV160 is equipped with an 8.1-liter fuel tank and has a seat height of 780 mm.

Safety features include an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), and an Emergency Stop Signal (ESS).

The Honda ADV160 in its new colours will be available at all Impian X showrooms and authorized Honda dealers nationwide starting May 8, 2025.

SYM ADXTG 400 set to land in Malaysia this May – priced below RM30,000

Recently, MForce Bike Holdings confirmed that it will launch a new adventure-style scooter, the SYM ADXTG 400 by mid-year.

In terms of appearance, the aggressive and angular design of the SYM ADXTG 400 is inspired by prehistoric tigers.

It features sharp LED lights at both the front and rear, alongside a more stylish exhaust.

The SYM ADXTG 400 is powered by a single-cylinder 399 cc engine capable of producing 35 hp at 7,000 rpm and 37 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm, paired with a CVT transmission.

This scooter is also supported by Hyper-VVS technology, contributing to more economical fuel consumption and performance that does not disappoint.

Riding comfort is enhanced by two balancing shafts that reduce vibrations, complemented by an inverted front fork suspension and an aluminum swing arm with multi-link setup at the rear.

Interestingly, the ADXTG 400 also offers an off-road riding mode, along with ABS braking system and traction control.

Other features include wide handlebars, a smart key system, a color LCD display, a USB port with fast charging 3.0, an adjustable windscreen, as well as handlebar protectors and engine guards.

2025 Honda X-ADV officially launched in Malaysia – starting from RM69,999

Boon Siew Honda has announced the arrival of the new generation Honda X-ADV 750 2025 adventure scooter for the local market.

This popular machine continues to feature the 745 cc SOHC parallel-twin engine, which generates 58 hp at 6,750 rpm and a torque of 69 Nm at 4,750 rpm.

The engine is paired with an upgraded DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission) system for smoother power delivery, complete with manual and automatic modes as well as an automatic rev-matching function during downshifts.

Unlike its predecessor, the new X-ADV 750 showcases a more aggressive appearance, thanks to the daytime running lights (DRL) unit that integrates turn signal functions.

The projector LED headlight housing has been intentionally darkened for a more striking effect.

In terms of practicality, the X-ADV features a three-stage adjustable windscreen that can be operated with one hand, a USB-C charging slot, a glovebox, and a smart key system.

The storage space under the seat is 22 liters, equipped with LED lighting and dividers to prevent items from shifting during rides.

There is a five-inch full-color TFT display with smartphone integration through Honda RoadSync, allowing navigation and music control via Bluetooth connection.

Completing the features of the X-ADV are the Throttle-by-Wire system, Automatic Turn Signal Canceller, dual-channel ABS, and Human Machine Interface (HMI)-based cruise control system to reduce fatigue during long journeys.

Other features include 41 mm SFF-CA upside-down front forks, a single rear shock absorber, dual 296 mm brake rotors with a four-piston caliper at the front, a single 240 mm brake rotor with a single-piston caliper at the rear, a 13.2-liter fuel tank, and a seat height of 790 mm.

There are three color options available: Matte Deep Mud Gray, Pearl Glare White, and Graphite Black, priced at RM69,999, along with a special Matte Goldfinch Yellow option priced at RM70,999.

Zontes 368G ADV scooter receives over 1,300 bookings

Officially launched in the Malaysian market in early 2025, the Zontes 368G adventure scooter has quickly become a popular choice among Malaysians.

According to Zontes Malaysia, the 368G scooter has now received more than 1,300 bookings.

With a starting price of RM28,800, this adventure scooter, assembled at the CKD plant in Jitra, Kedah, offers unique advantages.

Among its features are a single-cylinder 368 cc engine with a power output of 38 hp and 40 Nm of torque, a 17.5-liter fuel tank for longer journeys, an 8-inch TFT LCD display that can connect to smart devices, a storage space of 52 liters, and dual-purpose tires suitable for both urban riding and tackling unpaved trails.

Additionally, the Zontes 368G is equipped with safety features such as a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), traction control system (TCS), anti-lock braking system (ABS), J.Juan braking system, and most importantly, an HD front and rear riding recording system.

Zontes 368G ADV officially launched, selling price RM28,800

Zontes Malaysia has officially launched the Zontes 368G ADV adventure scooter for the Malaysian market today.

According to the specifications, the Zontes 368G ADV is powered by a single-cylinder liquid-cooled SOHC engine that produces 38 hp at 7,500 rpm and 40 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm, with two modes available: Eco and Sport.

Ride quality is enhanced by a 41 mm inverted front fork suspension with adjustable compression/rebound, twin shock absorbers at the rear with preload adjustment, and J.Juan braking system.

It is also equipped with a two-channel ABS system, traction control, and a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) as standard features.

This adventure scooter boasts a fuel tank capacity of 17.5 liters, offering a riding range of up to 500 km and a fuel consumption rate of approximately 3.5 liters per 100 km.

In addition, there is a 52-liter storage space under the seat that can accommodate two full-face helmets, an adjustable five-position windscreen, and a seat height of 795 mm (or 770 mm for the lower version).

All essential information and additional function settings can be accessed via an eight-inch TFT display that can be connected to smart devices through the Zontes Intelligent app.

Interestingly, Zontes also offers several standard accessories for the 368G ADV model.

For example, there are crash bars and handguards on the handlebars, as well as fog lights with multiple beam settings that enhance the stylish image of this ADV scooter.

For rider comfort, the 368G is also equipped with handlebar grip heating functionality, which is very useful during winter or rainy journeys.

Lastly, there is a front and rear dashcam, utilizing Sony Starvis sensors capable of recording HD 1080p video and featuring 128 GB of storage.
