Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has officially opened Southeast Asia’s first and only Mercedes-AMG ONE Service Hub at Hap Seng Star Bukit Tinggi, Klang.
Developed with an investment of RM2.2 million, the facility positions Malaysia among a select group of countries offering dedicated Mercedes-AMG ONE servicing, alongside Germany, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), Kuwait and Japan.
The service hub provides specialised maintenance and technical support for Mercedes-AMG ONE hypercar owners across Southeast Asia.
The Mercedes-AMG ONE is a Formula 1-inspired hypercar, with production limited to just 275 units worldwide.
It features a 1.6-litre turbocharged V6 engine paired with four electric motors through the E PERFORMANCE hybrid system, delivering a combined output of more than 1,063 hp.
The engine is also capable of revving up to 11,000 rpm.
To meet the complex maintenance requirements of this high-performance hypercar, the service hub is equipped with:
- Specialised high-voltage servicing equipment.
- Mercedes-AMG ONE-specific diagnostic systems.
- Controlled vehicle storage and maintenance facilities.
- Mercedes-AMG-certified technicians.
- Direct technical support from Mercedes-AMG specialists.
The facility also offers mobile technical specialists, known as Flying Doctors, alongside a digital diagnostic system that provides real-time reporting.
Its strategic location is further supported by the Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics Asia Pacific hub in Malaysia, helping to streamline maintenance operations and improve parts availability.
The opening of the service hub further strengthens Malaysia’s position as a regional centre for specialised high-performance automotive services in the Asia-Pacific region.
