Kia Sales Malaysia officially opens 3S centre in Kuching

Kia Sales Malaysia has strengthened its commitment to East Malaysia with the official opening of a new Kia 3S centre in Kuching, Sarawak.

The facility is operated by Heng Lian Enterprise Berhad.

Facilities

Strategically located, the new centre features a built‑up area of 4,796 square feet.

Available amenities include a showroom that accommodates up to three vehicles, a customer lounge, free Wi‑Fi, and light refreshments.

The service centre is equipped with Kia’s latest diagnostic tools, along with two service bays capable of handling up to 260 vehicles per month.

The Kia Kuching 3S Centre by Heng Lian Enterprise Bhd is located at: Lot 106 & 107, Jalan Abell, 93100 Kuching, Sarawak.

Operating hours:

  • Showroom: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (daily), 10.00 AM – 3.00 PM (public holidays)
  • Service centre: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (weekdays), 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Saturdays)

Heng Lian Enterprise Bhd, established in 1984, has extensive experience in managing new passenger vehicles, new and used motorcycles, used commercial vehicles, and hire‑purchase financing.

Strengthening East Malaysia strategy

The opening of the Kia Kuching 3S centre forms part of KSM’s broader strategy to expand its network and enhance customer support in East Malaysia.

Peugeot opens its first 3S centre in Kuching, Sarawak

Peugeot Malaysia has announced the opening of its first 3S centre (sales, service & spare parts) in the state of Sarawak, located in Kuching.

Operated by Heng Lian Enterprise Berhad, this 4,200-square-foot 3S centre features a showroom that can accommodate four vehicles, a delivery area, and offers maintenance, repair services, and warranty support.

The establishment of this 3S centre is seen as a means to meet the needs of the Peugeot driving community while further strengthening the brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

According to Daniel Gonzales, Chief Operating Officer for ASEAN & General Distributor of Stellantis, “Our strategy to strengthen the presence and growth of PEUGEOT in Malaysia involves expanding our dealer network, with East Malaysia playing a crucial role in this expansion effort.

“We are pleased to collaborate with Heng Lian and welcome their addition to our distribution network as the first 3S Centre. We will also continue to expand our presence in the East Malaysian market.
