iCaur Malaysia has officially opened its first 3S centre in East Malaysia, located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Operated by Universal Icar Sdn Bhd, the new 3S facility offers comprehensive services — sales, service, and spare parts — all under one roof for customers in Sabah.

Complete facilities

Covering 1,170 square metres, the 3S centre features a showroom that can accommodate up to four vehicles and three dedicated service bays.

The facility also includes a vehicle delivery area, a private EV charging space, a customer lounge, free Wi‑Fi, and an interactive play zone.

Its design reflects iCaur’s Born to Play lifestyle identity, making it more than just a conventional sales outlet.

Universal Icar Vice President Clinton Chok Jin Qin said the company is proud to bring iCaur’s first full-fledged sales and aftersales centre to Sabah.

“Our priority is to deliver a complete ownership experience, supported by professional services, charging facilities, and amenities that make every visit more comfortable,” he said.

Strengthening the dealer network

iCaur Malaysia Senior Director Francis Chin said the opening of the centre marks an important step in strengthening the brand’s nationwide dealer network.

To date, iCaur Malaysia operates 21 sales outlets across the country, with the number expected to grow to 30 by the end of 2026.
