This measure is taken following the identification of potential durability issues with the swingarm assembly on selected units, to ensure rider safety and structural durability remain at the highest standard.

To ensure optimum performance and rider safety, Keeway Malaysia is providing a newly redesigned swingarm component.

This upgraded component has been specially engineered to offer enhanced structural strength and long-term stability during rides.

In line with this initiative, Keeway Malaysia urges all existing owners of the Keeway XDV180 Evo to check their vehicle status via the official portal at https://productrecall.mforceservice.my/.

Owners with affected units can contact or visit their nearest authorized Keeway Malaysia dealership where the original purchase was made to schedule an appointment for replacement.

The entire swingarm replacement process will be carried out free of charge, covering both parts and labor costs.
