Thunder Motorcycles launches B2 license-friendly bobber model – priced at RM23,788

Bike Continent Sdn Bhd, the official distributor for Thunder Motorcycles recently launched the custom 250 cc bobber model, the Thunder Custom LS250-S.

Coinciding with the launch, Bike Continent also delivered a total of 88 units of Thunder motorcycles to new owners.

This custom bobber features unique characteristics, including:

  • Classic-74 style springer front fork
  • Handcrafted exhaust system that offers a distinct sound
  • Hand-built frame
  • Large rear sprocket
  • Retro-style spoke wheels
  • Classic Shinko Saw-Tooth tires

The Thunder Custom LS250-S is powered by a 249 cc V-twin engine that produces 18.8 hp at 8,000 rpm and a torque of 18 Nm at 6,500 rpm.

The recorded top speed is 120 km/h.

The braking system employs a 300 mm front rotor and a 280 mm rear rotor, assisted by a two-channel ABS system.

The fuel tank capacity is 7.0 liters, while the overall weight is 175 kg.

The seat height is approximately 650 mm.

The Thunder Custom LS250-S is available in two variants: Softail and Hardtail.

Lambretta X300 Casa Limited Edition now in Malaysia – only 99 units available

Bike Continent Sdn Bhd, the official distributor of Lambretta in Malaysia, has announced the arrival of the special edition X300 Casa Limited Edition model.

It is reported that only 999 units have been produced for the global market, with only 99 units allocated for the Malaysian market.

Utilizing services from Casa Lambretta’s customization division, the X300 Casa features the following characteristics:

  • High-performance carbon fiber components such as a windscreen, rear spoiler, and front shock absorber protectors
  • Full-color TFT display
  • Angel Scooter tires
  • Racing graphics
  • Graphics of “47,” marking the birth of Lambretta in 1947
  • Gold Matte Chrome finish on the headlamp frame, trim, and horn cover

The X300 Casa is powered by a single-cylinder 275 cc engine, capable of producing 25.1 hp at 8,250 rpm and 24.5 Nm at 6,250 rpm.

The steel monocoque frame is supported by a double arm-link suspension at the front and twin shocks at the rear.

The braking system features 220 mm rotors at the front and 240 mm at the rear, assisted by a two-channel ABS system.

The fuel tank capacity is 7.5 liters, while the seat height is 790 mm.

Lambretta Malaysia also set a new ASEAN and Asia record by successfully gathering 818 registered participants for a mass ride at the PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit.
