BMW Malaysia has officially launched the all-new BMW iX3 2026 SUV for the local market.
It also marks the first model from the Neue Klasse portfolio to be introduced in Malaysia.
The sole variant, the iX3 50 xDrive M Sport Pro, is priced from RM378,800, or RM399,800 with the BMW Service and Repair package.
Dimensions
Built on the Neue Klasse platform, the BMW iX3 measures 4,781 mm in length, 1,895 mm in width, 1,635 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,897 mm.
Cargo space stands at 520 litres, expandable to 1,750 litres.
As standard, the SUV rides on 22-inch 1054 M Y‑spoke lightweight alloy wheels.
Powertrain
The iX3 features an 800V electric architecture paired with BMW’s sixth‑generation eDrive technology, comprising:
- twin electric motors
- 469 hp and 645 Nm
- single‑speed automatic transmission
- xDrive all‑wheel drive system
It accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 4.9 seconds and reaches a top speed of 210 km/h.
Battery & Charging
The 108.7 kWh battery pack delivers up to 805 km of WLTP driving range.
With DC charging of up to 400 kW, the iX3 can add 372 km of range in just 10 minutes.
Energy consumption is rated at around 15.1 kWh per 100 km, aided by a low drag coefficient of 0.24.
Equipment
Compared to its predecessor, the new iX3 adopts a far bolder and more distinctive design.
The front end features BMW’s iconic kidney grille with the BMW Iconic Glow light signature replacing traditional chrome elements.
Other exterior highlights include flush door handles, LED front and rear lighting, and the M Sport package with red‑finished M Sport brakes.
Inside, the cabin is fitted with the BMW Panoramic iDrive setup, consisting of a 43.3‑inch widescreen display mounted at the base of the A‑pillar, a 3D head‑up display, and a 17.9‑inch central screen.
Additional features include a flat‑top-and-bottom M steering wheel with Shy Tech controls and heating, ambient lighting, wireless charging, and M Black interior trim.
The M Sport seats for the driver and front passenger offer electric adjustment, memory function, massage, heating, ventilation, and Comfort Access.
Safety equipment includes Driving Assistant Plus and Parking Assistant Professional.

All colour options are paired with the BMW M Interior Design in black.
