After six years away from the local market, Boon Siew Honda has officially announced the return of the 2026 Honda PCX160 in Malaysia.

The premium scooter is priced at RM12,998 (on-the-road, excluding insurance).

Specifications

The Honda PCX160 is powered by a 156.9 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that produces 15.2 hp at 8,500 rpm and 14.1 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm.

With a claimed fuel consumption of 2.3 litres per 100 km, the scooter is capable of delivering a riding range of up to 350 km on a full tank.

Suspension duties are handled by telescopic front forks, paired with twin rear shock absorbers equipped with sub-tanks for improved comfort and stability.

Braking performance comes from single disc brakes at both the front and rear wheels.

In terms of safety, the PCX160 is equipped with single-channel ABS and Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC).
