GWM Malaysia opens bookings for Ora 5 HEV, estimated Price RM115,000
GWM Malaysia has announced that bookings are now open for the upcoming Ora 5 HEV, which is set to be launched soon.
The 2026 GWM Ora 5 HEV is expected to be priced at RM115,000.
Official pricing and full specifications will be revealed during the launch scheduled for November 2026.
Specifications
The Ora 5 HEV is powered by the Hi2 hybrid system, consisting of:
- 1.5‑litre turbocharged engine
- Electric motor
- Two‑speed DHT transmission
- 1.09 kWh battery pack
The system delivers a combined output of 223 PS and 476 Nm, enabling a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 7.7 seconds.
Fuel consumption is rated as low as 4.4 litres/100 km, allowing the vehicle to travel over 1,100 km on a full tank.
