Naza Eastern Motors officially opens Suzuki 1S Centre in Juru
Naza Eastern Motors has officially opened its latest Suzuki 1S centre located in Juru, Penang.
The facility, operated by SMG Auto (MN) Sdn Bhd, is equipped to serve customers in Juru, Bukit Mertajam and surrounding areas.
RM1 million investment
With an investment of RM1 million including test-drive units and display vehicles, the new outlet reflects the distributor’s commitment to supporting Suzuki’s growth in the northern region.
The new facility features a 1,600-square-foot showroom capable of displaying up to three vehicles at any given time.
A dedicated customer lounge is also provided to ensure comfort throughout each visit.
As a 1S centre, the Suzuki Juru outlet focuses exclusively on delivering a dedicated sales experience to customers.
The Suzuki 1S Centre in Juru operates daily from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM.
It is located at No. 3 (GF), Jalan Sentral Jaya, Pusat Perdagangan Sentral Jaya, 14000 Bukit Mertajam, Penang.
After-sales support is available at the Bayan Lepas service centre located on Jalan Sungai Tiram 7, Penang.
To date, Suzuki has 14 authorised sales outlets and 13 service centres nationwide.
SUZUKI CARe services
Naza Eastern Motors has also introduced the all‑in‑one SUZUKI CARe programme.
The programme combines Suzuki Protect insurance coverage with Roadside Assistance.
Suzuki Protect, underwritten by Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad, offers key benefits including:
- Agreed value protection for up to 12 years
- Unlimited towing service
- Special perils coverage
- Coverage for all drivers
- Personal accident protection (RM20,000 per person, up to RM80,000 per person)
Customers who purchase a vehicle through Naza Eastern Motors will also receive a complimentary one‑year SkyLounge membership.
The dedicated SUZUKI CARe hotline at 1800‑888‑700 will be activated soon, and customers will be notified once the service is fully operational.
