Alongside the GLC Electric, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has also previewed the CLA 200 AMG Line, complementing the existing CLA Electric model in the lineup.
The CLA 200 AMG Line will be offered as a locally assembled (CKD) model, with an estimated selling price starting from RM275,000.
Specifications
The CLA 200 AMG Line is powered by a 1,499 cc engine delivering 163 hp and 250 Nm of torque.
Power is sent to the wheels via an 8G‑eDCT transmission.
With an integrated 22 kW electric motor, the system produces a combined output of 184 hp and 330 Nm.
The sedan accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 8.0 seconds and reaches a top speed of 232 km/h.
Thanks to a 1.3 kWh battery, the CLA 200 AMG Line can also operate in zero‑emission driving mode at speeds of up to 100 km/h.
Equipment
As standard, the CLA 200 AMG Line comes with AMG Line exterior styling, 19-inch AMG alloy wheels, an illuminated radiator grille, horizontal rear light strip, panoramic glass roof, and Multibeam LED headlights.
Inside, it features the MBUX Superscreen setup consisting of:
- 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster
- 14-inch central display
- 14-inch front passenger display
It also includes Apple CarPlay & Android Auto, MBUX navigation, and MBUX live traffic information.
