Tesla Malaysia has announced the opening of its latest Tesla Supercharger V4 station at Queensbay Mall, Penang.

The site features four DC fast‑charging nozzles capable of delivering up to 250 kW, allowing the Model 3 and Model Y to add 311 km of range in just 15 minutes.

The station also supports Plug & Charge functionality via the Tesla app.

To date, Tesla operates 20 Supercharger stations (88 Supercharger units) and 18 destination‑charging locations (76 chargers) across Malaysia.

Merdeka Promotion

In conjunction with Malaysia’s Independence Day celebrations, Tesla Malaysia is offering a free Wall Connector or Supercharger credits worth up to 3,000 km for a limited time.

For reference, the Tesla Model 3 starts from RM149,000, while the Model Y starts from RM198,000.

Model Y customers (specifically the Premium RWD variant) can also enjoy additional incentives:

• RM13,000 trade‑in rebate
• Financing programmes from as low as 0.88%

Refer & Earn Programme

The Tesla Model Y is now included in the Tesla Refer & Earn programme.

Tesla owners can share their referral link with friends and family to unlock exclusive benefits such as charging credits, software upgrades and more.

The first 10 customers who place a new Tesla order using a referral link will receive a RM1,000 rebate, while the referring Tesla owner will earn RM500 in credits for each successful referral.
