Aveta Motor Malaysia strengthens its commitment to customers by expanding the Aveta Care on Wheels mobile assistance program.
This initiative provides faster, more accessible, and reliable after-sales service for customers across Peninsular Malaysia.
Aveta Motor Malaysia Initiatives
Among the initiatives implemented by Aveta Motor Malaysia are:
- Including selected Preferred Plus dealers in the mobile assistance network.
- Increasing the after-sales service team to a total of six units across Peninsular Malaysia.
Wider Network
Aveta owners throughout Peninsular Malaysia can receive services from the following dealers:
- KW Keat Wei Motor – covering all of Kedah, including Alor Setar, with extended coverage to Perlis.
- CKT Motor – serving Sungai Petani and surrounding areas, including Penang and Perak.
- NG Brothers Motor – in Southern Johor, from Simpang Renggam to Johor Bahru and nearby areas.
Meanwhile, Aveta’s internal service team continues to operate in the Central Region, Melaka, and the East Coast, providing comprehensive coverage nationwide.
Courtesy bike offerings
These services are delivered in close collaboration with Aveta’s Preferred Plus dealers, who support both the mobile service units and courtesy bike offerings.
This partnership enables Aveta to scale its service capabilities more effectively while maintaining a consistent, high quality customer experience across all touchpoints.
