HLYM handed over 200 units of the Yamaha Tracer 9 GT to PDRM
Hong Leong Yamaha Motor (HLYM) recently handed over 200 units of the Yamaha Tracer 9 GT to the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), marking HLYM’s largest single big bike supply to PDRM to date.
Selected for its rider comfort, strong performance, advanced technology, durability, and proven reliability, the Tracer 9 GT is dedicated to high-level escort duties and specialised patrol assignments, where stability, endurance, and performance are non-negotiable.
PDRM’s confidence is further reinforced by Yamaha’s global reputation for quality and reliability, supported locally by HLYM’s extensive aftersales network, including over 250 Yamaha Quality Service (YQS) centres nationwide and strong spare parts availability through HLYM’s Parts Centre and authorised dealers.
This collaboration reinforces Yamaha’s position as a trusted mobility partner in supporting national security and public safety.
Someone who loves driving manual cars but prefers riding an automatic scooter. Maybe it's an age thing.
