Continental EcoContact 6 offers noise reduction technology and durability

Continental Tyre Malaysia has announced the arrival of its latest tire products, EcoContact 6 and EcoContact 6Q, for the local market.

Designed for everyday driving, these tires provide comfort, low rolling resistance, and efficiency that contributes to better fuel economy.

Continental has incorporated ContiSilent™ technology—an innovation involving polyurethane foam absorption that can reduce internal noise by up to 9dB, ensuring a quieter and more comfortable driving experience.

High-tech silica compounds optimize the tires’ rolling resistance, while the asymmetric rib design and tread geometry enhance grip and stability on both wet and dry roads, as well as help reduce carbon dioxide emissions.

The EcoContact 6Q features a unique tread pattern and Advanced Green Chili 2.0 compound, designed to adapt to road conditions, providing enhanced rolling resistance and fuel savings.

In addition to being compatible with internal combustion engine vehicles and hybrid engines, the EcoContact 6 and 6Q tires are also suitable for electric vehicles (EVs).

Sizes range from 15 inches to 21 inches and are available at all authorized Continental dealers, as well as through Continental’s official stores on e-commerce platforms like Shopee, TNG eWallet, and Lazada.
