Tesla Malaysia begins delivery of the 2025 Model Y
Soon, we will be seeing the 2025 Tesla Model Y facelift on the roads.
This is because Tesla Malaysia has initiated the delivery process for the ‘Juniper’ facelifted 2025 Tesla Model Y electric SUV at three locations: Tesla Delivery Centre Cyberjaya, Tesla Service Centre Penang, and Tesla Service Centre Johor.
Officially launched last February, the 2025 Tesla Model Y is available in two main variants: the RWD priced at RM195,450 and the Long Range AWD priced at RM242,450.
The base RWD variant offers a driving range of 466 km (WLTP data), accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.9 seconds, and reaches a top speed of 201 km/h.
Meanwhile, the Long Range AWD variant allows for a driving range of 551 km on a full charge, with acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in as fast as 4.3 seconds.
Tesla owners can enjoy free charging at 15 destination charging stations (with 70 nozzles), in addition to rates as low as RM1.19/kWh at 14 Supercharger stations (with 64 nozzles).
Tesla Malaysia also announced six new Supercharger stations that will be set up later this year, including locations at:
- Pavilion Damansara Heights
- Bangsar South
- IPC Shopping Centre
- i-City Finance Avenue
- The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey
- Toppen Shopping Centre
Tesla Malaysia encourages both new and existing owners to participate in the Refer & Earn program, which offers rewards of up to RM15,000 per year.
Additionally, Tesla customers can enjoy complimentary home charging support and a financing scheme with low-interest rates to own a Tesla, with total incentives of up to RM28,000.
