4 Wheels Fest happening at Genting Highlands from September 28-29

With the increasing popularity of outdoor activities such as road trips, camping, and off-road exploration, four-wheel drive (4WD) vehicles are becoming a significant lifestyle choice for many.

To cater to this growing community, By The Billions will be hosting the highly anticipated 4 Wheels Fest on September 28 and 29 at the open car park of Resort World Awana, Genting Highlands, from 10 am to 7 pm. Entrance is free.

Dedicated to the outdoor lifestyle, this event unites 4WD owners, enthusiasts, as well as friends and family for a weekend of excitement and exploration.

However, not just the rough-and-tough are invited – with over 200 vehicles, 4WD communities, exciting live entertainment and family-friendly activities, 4 Wheels Fest will have something for everyone.

Participants and visitors alike will also have the opportunity to purchase accessories, gear, and merchandise at event-exclusive, attractive prices.

To sweeten the deal, up to RM 35,000 in lucky draw prizes are being offered by sponsors such as ARB, Old Man Emu, Tough Dog, RY Ventures, TJM, PIAA, HELLA, Bendix, YSS Suspension, Mannol, and Santapan by Kembara Kitchen.

Participants are also offered the chance to snag themselves a free stay at Resorts World Awana, bringing them closer to the heart of the action.

For those who’d like to extend the four-wheel fun, the festival will also mark the start of the Rainforest Trophy Expedition, a 5-day, 4-night journey commencing on September 29.

The prestigious Rainforest Trophy is a brand marked under Malaysia’s internationally recognised Rainforest Challenge, ranked in the top 3 toughest off-road challenges in the world.

Tuning down the hardcore element by a few notches, the Rainforest Trophy is positioned as an homage to the historic Camel Trophy expeditions of the ’80s and the ’90s, bringing together like-minded individuals and offering them a chance to recreate the glory days of old.

This expedition will take participants on over 500 km of rough and tough adventure, including a 100-km off-road drive through the Tekai Trail cresting close to the borders of our Taman Negara, concluding in Cherating, Pahang.

During this expedition, automakers will also take on this prime opportunity to flaunt the off-road prowesses of their newly launched vehicles with Ford bringing in their Ranger Raptor. They are joined by GWM, who are set to drive in with their Tank 300 models.
