2026 Proton X50 Sport Edition looks more aggressive, bookings now open
Proton has opened bookings for the 2026 X50 Sport Edition (SE) for the Malaysian market.
This latest X50 SE offering is based on the Flagship variant, featuring up to 15 exclusive elements for a bolder and sportier appearance.
The exterior receives a full black treatment paired with red accents.
It also comes with a body kit comprising front, side and rear skirting, a Sport Edition emblem, and 18-inch black alloy wheels.
Inside, the sporty theme continues with black trim and contrasting red stitching on the steering wheel and seats.
The front seats feature Sport Edition embroidery, accompanied by SE carpets and TPE floor mats.
Lastly, the X50 SE gets SE scuff plates on the door sills.
No mechanical changes have been made, meaning the X50 SE continues with the 1.5L i-GT turbo engine producing 181 PS and 290 Nm.
